Overall was an excellent experience. Last minute change in pick up location was not an issue (confusion on my part!) and company responded promptly and was very helpful. Tour was amazing - guide scoured area for best locations and took amazing photos of lights.

Even though we didn’t get to see the aurora due to weather conditions, I still found the tour with Christian incredibly engaging and worthwhile. His detailed explanation of how the aurora works was absolutely fascinating—the physics behind it, along with how the team tracks and predicts sightings, really stood out. I was especially impressed by the fact that they created their own website and use multiple reliable sources to give guests the best chance possible to witness this natural phenomenon. It felt like being on an exciting hunt for something magical. Despite the cold, the hot chocolate and warm blankets were much appreciated and added a thoughtful touch to the experience. I would definitely return in the future and would love to bring a group of students on a school trip. I think they would find the science behind the aurora, as explained by Christian, just as captivating as I did. Thank you for a memorable and enriching experience!

Brilliant tour, worked so hard to get us to see aurora, unfortunately couldn’t see them due to weather but tried again 2 days later free of charge and managed to catch them
