Refund requests for factors beyond our control will not be accepted. - Due to Everland's regulations, the sightseeing bus cannot stop directly at the main entrance. Passengers will disembark at the designated parking lot, a 5-minute walk from the main entrance. - Please note: There is no tour guide service when you enter Everland. Please download Everland’s official application for more information before visiting the park - Upon entering Everland, there is no guide service available. To access information about the park, it is recommended to download the Everland app. - Ensure that the guides can contact you using the information provided at the checkout page. (make sure your phone has international roaming services, or confirm that your LINE ID has been set to Public).
