We took the Florence plus Pisa tour and were very pleased with the overall organization. Our guide, Alessandro, did a fantastic job—he gave us detailed explanations at each location, shared a lot of historical background, and accompanied us attentively throughout the entire trip. The tour was rich, colorful, and incredibly interesting. Highly recommended!

Florence was a little rushed, wish we had more time for all the walking to and from we had to do. Pisa was okay, next time we will skip Pisa and just do Florence. The best was when they took us directly to the port instead of having to get on another bus for NCL, we all tipped both the bus driver and tour guide!!

Comme nous étions sur un bateau, il a été difficile de trouver comment rejoindre le point de rencontre. Les instructions sur votre site ne corresponde pas avec ce qu’il faut faire. Nous avons pris la navette gratuite qui nous a débarqué à l’adresse du point de retour et non au centre ville de liverno. Par chance le guide était là mais nous aurions pu prendre une autre navette qui ne nous aurais pas amené au bon endroit. Les instructions de point de rencontre ne sont pas assez clair. Par contre ensuite la prise en charge fut extraordinaire et l’excursion aussi.

Alessandro and his horse Furio were great guides. We really enjoyd their company and would love to go for another trip with them. Eventhough we came late to meeting point (our ship was late), there was no problem and people from Shore Experience navigated us succesfully to the next bus, so we didnt miss our trip. Thank also to the best bus driver - Luca.
