Irene was informative, witty, and accommodating. My girlfriend hurt her foot on our second day in Italy and was using a wheelchair. We informed Irene of the injury the day of and she was completely understanding and helpful. Irene helped guide my girlfriend when she was hoping up the steps to cross the bridges without any hesitation. Irene took us through the calles of Venice. Each restaurant we visited was a local business that offered many delicious bites to eat. She would remind us of which stops had a restroom for those who needed to use it and never rushed any of us through the meals. We learned so much about the history, culture, and food of Venice. My girlfriend’s favorite tidbit was the anti-assault and anti-urination features on some corners of the calles. My favorite was the doge’s gelato and girlfriend enjoyed the stuffed sandwiches with porchetta, brie, and caramelized onions with robosso wine. Would really recommend this tour, if you get Irene you’re in for a treat!

Amazing food tour! Overall it was chill, delicious and fun. We sampled a variety of delicious local snacks and drinks. Our guide Dennis, did a fantastic job. We felt well informed but not overwhelmed, it was perfect.
