- The balloon flight takes place approximately 15 kilometres to the south of Alice Springs, adjacent to the MacDonnell Ranges and over the historic Owen Springs Cattle Station. - Includes: Commemorative flight certificate, champagne, fruit juices, and a variety of sweet and savoury breakfast items - Excludes: Mandatory Aviation Insurance of AUD 30 to be paid directly onsite. The price is subject to change without prior notice. - Dress code: Closed footwear- Provide an operative local number, such as that of your hotel/apartment's front desk. - Be at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. - Allow a 30-minute buffer, as traffic or road conditions may cause delays to hotel pickup and drop-off. - For any concerns after booking, you may dial our customer service hotline on the e-voucher. - In cases of extreme weather conditions, this activity may be cancelled. - Depending on operational factors that vary per day, you may either be on the ground or in the balloon when the sun starts to rise. - Guests who are pregnant and persons with disabilities are not advised to join this activity. - Participants must be physically fit to join the hot air balloon ride, and must be able to climb into the balloon basket and stand upright for the duration of the flight. - Children five years old and below are not allowed to fly. - It is recommended that children be at least 1.4 metres due to the height of the balloon basket. Please provide the child's age, height, and weight upon booking. - Children six to 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
