• Which routes are included in this activity and whether it is possible to customize the routes? This activity includes private transfer service from your hotel to any location in Malacca such as A'Famosa, Jonker Street, Melaka River, Red Square, St. Peter Church and etc. This activity is point to point transfer.

• What vehicle models are available? We have 3 great options for you! Standard Sedan for groups of up to 3, Standard Van for groups of up to 7 and Standard Van for groups of up to 12. Pick the one that best fits your group size and luggages

• What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges? This activity includes one-way private transfer service, english speaking driver, toll fee, fuel fee. Attraction tickets are not included. Additional charges applies for child seat and additional stops which is subject to availability

• When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed? The operator will send the driver’s details one day before your scheduled date by 6 pm (GMT +8) via email. Kindly provide the reachable email for you to receive the driver details
