• * The system opens 24 hours. Every day before 15:00, you can book tickets for the "Dapeng Bay Liuqiu Route" within 15 days from the next day, e.g. before 15:00 on January 1, you can book tickets for January 2 to 15; after 15:00 on January 1, you can book tickets for January 3 to 16.

• * Ticket sales time end at 15:01 one day before the boarding day, e.g. tickets for January 2 will be stopped selling at 15:01 on January 1. (reservations for return tickets must also be completed within the time rule specified above)

• * For round trip tickets, the return ticket can only be booked within 7 days of the departure ticket, e.g. for departing on January 5, you can only book the return ticket date before January 12.

• * To facilitate the itinerary arrangement of passengers, passengers can freely book the return ticket on the reservation website within the validity period after the return itinerary is confirmed. However, the reservation website needs to identify the ticket type, so the "regular ticket" and "concession ticket" of the round-trip ticket must be booked separately, e.g. for 1 regular and 1 concession round-trip ticket, please make 2 separate orders and present 2 vouchers for verification while boarding.

• * After purchasing the ticket, please arrive at the platform 10 minutes in advance and present the QR code from the app or email for boarding.

• * No nee to check-in at the Kenting Express Line counter at HSR Zuoying Station.

• * For round trip ticket, please use the voucher number to book the return trip at the "reservation website" (https://next-exchange.welcometw.com/). (If the reservation is not completed before 15:00 one day before the boarding day, you can still use the departure voucher to board on site on the boarding day)
