• 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM | Stroll along Su Causeway + West Lake Boat Tour Gather in front of the Su Dongpo Memorial Hall to learn about the story of this poet-official who built Su Causeway. Stroll along Su Causeway, enjoy the spring scenery, and gaze at Leifeng Pagoda and the West Hills of West Lake in the distance. Board a boat at Huagang Wharf for a boat tour of West Lake. From the lake, admire classic landmarks such as Leifeng Pagoda, Bai Causeway, Broken Bridge, and Baoshi Mountain.

• 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM | Flower viewing at Prince Bay Park + Tasting Longjing Tea + Song Dynasty Tea Ceremony Experience Enter from the side of Huagang Park to avoid the crowds at the main entrance. Admire tulips and cherry blossoms, and take photos at locations such as the windmill, small church, and large lawn. Afterwards, head to a lakeside teahouse for a cup of spring Longjing tea per person, tasting one of China's most famous green teas. Learn about the four characteristics of Longjing tea: "green color, rich aroma, sweet taste, and beautiful shape." Then, while sipping tea, learn the "Seven-Step Tea Whisking Method" and personally whisk out dense tea foam. Use tea paste to draw simple West Lake patterns on the tea foam, such as Three Ponds Mirroring the Moon or willow leaves.
